Ordering
What is the minimum order?
50 units per design. The minimum applies to the whole order, so three designs that share a material and size can be combined — the total still has to reach 50.
Can I order a sample before the full run?
Yes. A digital proof is always included; a physical sample can be produced and shipped so you can check material, colour and adhesion on your actual container. Sample cost and timing are quoted with the job.
How long does production take?
Typically 7–12 working days after artwork approval. Shipping is additional and depends on destination and method.
Do you print different designs in one order?
Yes, when the material, size and finishing are identical. Mixed sizes are usually quoted as separate setups.
Materials and printing
Which material should I choose?
Paper for dry, indoor products and short-life packaging; PP for squeezable bottles and chilled food; PET for durability and a premium feel; vinyl for outdoor stickers and harsh surfaces; clear stock when the container should show through. If you are unsure, describe the product and we will recommend one.
Are your labels waterproof?
Water-resistant and waterproof options exist, but the right question is what the label must survive: condensation, immersion, oil, alcohol or freezer cycling. Tell us the condition and we will specify a material and adhesive for it rather than promise a generic 'waterproof'.
Can I print white on clear material?
Yes, with a white ink layer — otherwise the colours sit directly on clear film and appear translucent. White ink is a quoted option, not a default.
What finishes are available?
Gloss and matte lamination, spot UV and foil are the common options; availability depends on the material and quantity. Every finish is confirmed in the quotation.
Artwork
What file do you need?
A vector file — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — at final size with fonts outlined. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can work for simple designs, but text and fine detail will not be as sharp.
What is bleed?
3 mm of extra artwork beyond the cut line, so small cutting tolerances do not leave a white edge. If your file has no bleed we will add it or ask you to resupply.
Can you design the label for me?
We check and prepare files for print, but we do not offer brand design. We will tell you exactly what needs fixing and, where it is simple, fix it.
Shipping and payment
Which countries do you ship to?
United States, United Kingdom and European Union as standard; other destinations can be quoted.
Who pays import duties?
Duties and taxes are set by the destination country. We state the shipping terms in the quotation so it is clear before you order.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or the payment method confirmed in the quotation. This website does not take card details.
