What to include in a first message

| Destination | Country and postcode for the shipping estimate |

If you do not know the material yet, say so. Choosing it is part of the conversation, not a prerequisite.
Response times
Quotations are usually issued within one working day. Artwork checks and sample arrangements can take longer depending on complexity, and we will tell you when to expect a reply rather than leaving you to ask.
